 
The 38th Annual General Meeting was held on 18th April 2024 at Singapore Polytechnic Graduates’ Guild. More than 60 members attended the AGM.
The following agenda was discussed:

- Confirmation of the Minutes of the 37th Annual General Meeting held on 26th May 2023.
- Matters Arising.
- To receive and adopt the President’s Annual Report.
- To receive and adopt the Statement of Accounts for the fiscal year ending 31st
December 2023. - To tally and announce the results to elect the following officers:
- Vice – President
- Honorary Treasurer
- 3 Directors
- Any other business.
