The 36th Annual General Meeting was held on 24th June 2022 with the following agenda:

       AGENDA 

  1. Call to order.
  2. Confirmation of the Minutes of the 35th Annual General Meeting held on 28th Aug 2021.
  3. Matters Arising.
  4. To receive and adopt the President’s Annual Report.
  5. To receive and adopt the Statement of Accounts for the fiscal year ending 31st December 2021.
  6. To tally and announce the results to elect the following officers:-
  • Vice President
  • Honorary Treasurer
  • 3 Directors
  1. Any other business.
  2. Adjournment.
