Notice is hereby given the 36^th Annual General Meeting of the Chapter will be held:

A)        AGENDA 

1. Call to order.
2. Confirmation of the Minutes of the 35^th Annual General Meeting held on 28^th Aug 2021.
3. Matters Arising.
4. To receive and adopt the President’s Annual Report.
5. To receive and adopt the Statement of Accounts for the fiscal year ending 31^st December 2021.
6. To tally and announce the results to elect the following officers:-

• Vice President
• Honorary Treasurer
• 3 Directors

7. Any other business.
8. Adjournment.
