40th Annual General Meeting

The 40th Annual General Meeting was held on 6th April 2026 at Singapore Polytechnic Graduates’ Guild. More than 50 members attended the AGM.

The following agenda was discussed:

2. Call to order.
3. Confirmation of the Minutes of the 39th Annual General Meeting held on 3rd Apr 2025.
4. Matters Arising.
5. To receive and adopt the President’s Annual Report.
6. To receive and adopt the Statement of Accounts for the fiscal year ending 31st
   December 2025.
7. To tally and announce the results to elect the following officers:
   • Vice – President
   • Honorary Treasurer
   • 4 Directors
