37th Annual General Meeting

The 37th Annual General Meeting was held on 26th May 2023 at Singapore Polytechnic Graduates’ Guild. More than 40 members attended the AGM, held in a hybrid physical and online mode.

The following agenda was discussed:

       AGENDA 

1. Call to order.
2. Confirmation of the Minutes of the 36^th Annual General Meeting held on 24^th June 2022.
3. Matters Arising.
4. To receive and adopt the President’s Annual Report.
5. To receive and adopt the Statement of Accounts for the fiscal year ending 31^st December 2022.
6. To tally and announce the results to elect the following officers:-
